SAT Group is expanding its engineering division with 40 new specialist positions at its Thüringen headquarters, responding to growing demand across both defense and industrial project pipelines.

The new roles span mechanical engineering, structural design, systems integration, and project management disciplines. SAT Group is particularly seeking engineers with experience in ballistic systems, heavy industrial fabrication, and C2 software development.

The expansion reflects a record order book entering 2026, with confirmed projects across 12 countries and a pipeline that represents the strongest in the company's 25-year history.

"We are investing in our most important asset — our people," said Director of Operations Maria Weber. "These 40 positions will allow us to deliver on our current commitments while building the capacity to take on the next generation of complex engineering programs."

Positions are open to candidates across the EU, with relocation support available.
